Michael Nagel advises legal and natural persons with respect to public and private real estate laws, in particular with respect to buildings outside the building zone, environmental laws, expro-priation laws and related areas of law. Moreover, he advises on corporate, commercial and contract law issues. His preferred activities also include litigations in above mentioned areas of law. As a notary public, notarisations in commercial law matters as well as certifications.
